I have embarked on yet another adventure! And, of course, I’d love it if you joined me.
I can’t wait for you to meet Elsa Brantenberg and the women from her Saint Charles Quilting Circle.
An adventure because . . .
- We’re going back in time, to 1865
- We’re moving out story setting from Colorado to Missouri
- We’re switching from a mining camp to a farm and a river town
- We’re stepping out of the boardinghouse into a quilting circle
Wait, there’s still more to our adventure!
- My new series consists of three novellas
- The three stories focus on three women from the quilting circle
- The novellas are releasing as exclusive eBooks
- The novellas are releasing about six weeks apart
- Dandelions on the Wind, Bending Toward the Sun, and Ripples Along the Shore are now available for Pre-Order
- AND the novellas are a prequel to my next series
Exciting times call for a GIVEAWAY, don’t you think?
My sister, Linda, quilted some beautiful Civil War-era quilt squares for me to give away in celebration of my new eNovella series, The Quilted Heart.
I’ll announce the winner of the first square on February 28th.

Sorry, Maxie. I’ll be creating a post on how to read The Quilted Heart stories from your computer.
The quilt blocks are beautiful, and so nicely done in Civil War fabrics! I’m also a quilter, so anything that has to do with quilts piques my interest. I’m so excited that I saw your post on Authors, Bloggers, Writers, Readers, etc. I’m definitely interested in reading your books. I’m a reviewer, so I will keep in touch with you. Thank you so much for your generous contest!
Hi Nancee! Good to see you here. I’d love it if you’d review the novellas. Happy Reading!

I went on a Paula Deen cruise last week and there was also a Quilting cruise going on. 2 rooms full of Bernina’s & 2 fabric designers teaching with loads of women sewing. It looked wonderful!
Hi Melody. Thanks for joining me here. A Quilting cruise–how fun!
These quilts are so beautiful. I don’t quilt. But my husbands cousin made me a very beautiful king sized quilt before she couldn’t do them anymore.
Hi Juanita, I don’t quilt either. But many of my family members have and do. I’m excited for you to read the Quilt Heart Novellas. Blessings!
I live in Missouri ~ I quilt ~ I’ll have to look up Elsa Brantenberg and the women from her Saint Charles Quilting Circle. I have filled out the form! Loved the Sinclair sisters and their adventures! I would love to have one of your sister’s blocks! Kathleen ~ Lane Hill House

The quilt squares are really beautiful. Altho I don’t quilt my m-i-l did and when she passed away we had 20-25 quilts to divide among the kids. I’d love to win one of these squares and the Dandelions on the Wind sounds great–but then your work always is. I just finished Two Brides Too Many and loved it. Blessings! Darlene
Hi Darlene,
Great to hear from you. Thanks for the encouragement as well. I’m thrilled you’re enjoying the Sinclair Sisters, and I’m anxious for you to meet the women from the St. Charles Quilting Circle. Happy Reading and Blessings, Mona
